Governance
Our governance, leadership and implementation work informs individual early learning leaders, their larger district leadership, and the greater realm of policymakers and other stakeholders across California interested in ensuring children are academically and emotionally successful. We utilize content experts, data, and a continuous improvement process to:
- Provide professional development curriculum to district early learning leaders, focused on their growth in leadership positions, around the focus areas of governance/leadership, budget and equity.
- Provide opportunities for school districts to reflect on and make changes to governance and leadership to better integrate and align early learning programs with the overall K-12 system.
- Develop reports, resources, and other documents for use by early learning leaders, school district leaders, education policymakers, and other stakeholders.
